Its
seductive styling, luxurious versatility and technological advancements
set the JX apart from the current trove of luxury crossovers that do
not completely satisfy the "wants" of this customer. The JX is about to
shake-up this segment in a big way.
Here are just three examples of why the JX stands out from the crowd:
Back-Up Collision Intervention
This
world's-first technology embodies "Inspired Performance" by giving the
JX owner confidence when backing out of crowded spaces (think of your
typical shopping mall parking space on Black Friday with a large SUV in
the next space blocking your line of sight). This fantastic new
technology alerts the driver to rearward cross vehicular traffic as well
as large objects behind the JX. In case of an imminent collision, BCI
provides additional alerts, including lifting the gas pedal and applying
the brakes to a full stop to help avoid a collision.
Infiniti Connection
This
telematics system provides JX owners with both emergency and info
services. Unlike other systems, Infiniti Connection provides both
emergency support, such as automatic airbag deployment, notification and
maintenance alerts and stolen vehicle locator, as well as informational
services, such as My Calender (synchronized to Google Calendar). It
even sends the owner a text message when the JX exceeds the owner's
predefined speed limit (to keep an eye on a teenage driver). Even more
impressive, JX owners will be able to speak with their Personal
Assistant and then have directions sent directly to their vehicle to
guide them on their way.
2nd Row Multi-Mode Seat
In
our research, one of the largest complaints of 3-row crossover owners
is the 3rd row itself: Poor legroom and limited ingress/egress requiring
full-sized adults to contort their way in and out of the back seat. The
JX's 2nd Row Multi-Mode seat slides 5.5 inches fore and aft to provide
optimal legroom for both 2nd and 3rd row occupants. Even when the 2nd
row is in its rearmost position, the JX has 2.1 more inches of 3rd row
legroom than in an Acura MDX. Additionally, with the 2nd row's tilt-up
feature, access to the 3rd row is close to QX-type ease. But what really
sets this apart from the crowd is the ability to keep a
LATCH-compatible child seat installed in the 2nd row and still be able
to access the 3rd row in comfort.
The only other thing left that makes the all-new JX a true breakthrough is its price:
The JX's starting MSRP is almost $2,500 less than the starting price of the 2012 Acura MDX!
JX35 FWD: $40,450 JX35 AWD: $41,550 Delivery and handling charge is $950. We are taking reservations on the Infiniti JX! Fill out the form on the right hand side to learn more about colors, options, and pricing. Here is your first look at the All-New 2013 Infiniti JX!
