Formula One is returning to the United States. And Mazda partner and two-time World Champion, Sebastian Vettel, is involved in a big way. Not only is the big race coming to Austin, Texas, but also for the return of the United States Grand Prix, there will be a second race, called the Grand Prix of America.

The track for the Grand Prix of America is being created from the city streets at Port Imperial, New Jersey. However, that's not what has Highland Park Infiniti fans excited. Sebastian Vettel is test driving the proposed track, which local police officers shut down for the day.

Although Vettel has his own Infiniti concept vehicle in production, he actually test drove the track in an Infiniti G37 IPL Coupe model. It was truly a sight to behold. As Vettel streaked down the track, New York City gleamed in the background.

According to Vettel, he achieved some great speed in the Infiniti vehicle, but he did say the course will be tough in a Formula One car.
