I would like to bring your attention to your wonderful Service Department. They truly epitomize the meaning of customer service. Rianna, Tommy, Hector, Anibal and Girard greet me by name with a smile and hello. They never deviate from their good nature in the many years my automobile has been in for service. They make me feel as if I am part of their family. I have collected business cards over the years and I hope I have not forgotten anyone in Service.

I know you treat your employees as if they are family, when they reach 5 years of service their reward is a trip you provide as an incentive. Thank you for being a good manager.

Dear Mr. Fields:

On June 11, 2001, I purchased my G20 Infiniti from your dealership. Since that date I have brought my car to your dealership for service.

Several of your staff have waited on me during this period of time and every now and then I find it necessary to send you a note praising the work of your staff. I think it is important that you know of the dedication and professionalism of your staff so that they can be recognized and rewarded accordingly.

I am pleased to inform you of the great service and professionalism of Anibal Ruiz, Tommy Nikolov and Rianna Styx.

I must comment further that your staff in other areas of your operation have made my visits to your dealership a very pleasant experience. They include your receptionist, Ms. Lin Sartiero, your cafe staff, Jack Morvry, Annette Sanderson and Carol Russotto. Your car care staff also should be reconginzed for their professionalism.

It is a pleasure to know that you have provided the owners a wonderful place to bring their vehicles for service and the way you have personally taken care of their needs while at your dealership.

Again, I want to thank you for making your Infiniti dealership a wonderful place for me and others to bring our cars for service.

Mr. Safavi and Mr. McDonald:

I wanted to thank you and your team for making my recent G37 purchase very pleasurable. I've purchased four vehicles in the last five years (two Infinitis, one Lexus, and one BMW), and this experience, by far, was the best. i will jump at any opportunity to recommend your dealership to family and friends. I will for sure be back in a few years when I get that "itch" again; who knows, if by that time Infiniti decides to make the AWD coupe available in a 6 sp, I may go the coupe route. :)

Your facilities are phenomenal. When I picked up my G last Wednesday, not many people were around, so I was able to wander around and check out the building. The show room, waiting area, service bay, cafe area...everything was CLEAN and orderly. I was very impressed.

I would like to thank the young gentleman who prepped my car (sorry, I do not remember his name). He was very kind and helpful, even though I had kept him and your staff late into the evening due to my indecision between the coupe and AWD sedan. He didn't even hesitate when I asked if he could buff out some excess glue above the rear wheel well. Sometimes you'll get a cold shoulder when asking for something late, but he didn't even question me, he just gladly  addressed it. It's quite obvious he takes pride in his work - a very good reflection on yoru entrie service dept.

I'd like to thank Jeff Korey for making the trade and finance process very seamless. My biggest worries about the whole eveing were spending an hour signing the papers and haggling over the trade-in value of my M3. Jeff made everything easy and had me in and out of the finance office in 10 minutes (he covered everything/answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed).

Lastly, I'd like to thank both Tim Walsh and Matt Douglass for making the purchasing experience very pleasant. My path to the G started out with an internet quote request on a Friday afternoon. Within 15 minutes of my submission, Tim reached out to me with a phone call. Tim's a straight shooter and extremely friendly, and for that I am very thankful. Tim's friendly demeanor and honesty made our phone discussions seem less like a negotiation and more like a "fact-finding" conversation. Tim was very quick to follow up on my trade, finance options, and misc. questions, so that by the time he handed everything over to Matt, the details had been covered. That was except for one major thing....the test drive.

I called Matt while I was driving up from Peoria to take delivery, and asked him if I could test drive both the coupe and sedan. I was 80% certain I would go with the sedan, but wanted to make sure (I owned an '05 G35 coupe 6mt). Matt quickly arranged to have the coupe ready for test drive that by the time I arrived, both cars were parked outside, side-by-side, ready to go. Matt was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, yet not arrogant. He was friendly and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision between the coupe and sedan. He pulled both cars into the service bay (so that I could see them under the lights and out of the cold) and was patient with me while I literally stood there for an hour deciding which vehicle to get. He gave me insight into both vehicles, but made sure never to influence me in any direction. He showed a lot of patience and support. It was a little after 9pm by the time the papers were signed. Matt easily could have sent me on my merry way after locking up, but he sat in the car with me for almost 40 minutes going over every detail of the G with me. Even one week after delivery, Matt still makes the effort to answer my questions (bank info, UTP cancellations, following up on the status of my spoilers, helping to arrange a trade on the OEM wheels/tires) in a very timely fashion. Matt is awesome. "Service before, during, and after the sale" - you guys are the best and Matt, Tim, Jeff, and the rest of the team that helped me demonstrated it.

Thank you, Mr. Safavi and Mr. McDonald, for setting and example for the rest of your team. Although the Fields Automotive Group is a large, successful business, your commitment to building lasting relationships with your customers is very evident. I look forward to making many future purchases through your dealership.
